II. Facility Premises

Main building — ground floor: social hall, bar and storage (beverages and catering equipment), preparation room, boiler room, guest WC, office, laundry and drying room, storage (clean linen, hygiene supplies, inventory), public WC with separate outdoor access, public showers with separate outdoor access, kitchenette with separate outdoor access. 1st floor: social hall.

Chalets: 10 apartments in 5 chalets. Each apartment: 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and WC.

III. First Aid Kit Location

The first aid kit is located on the ground floor of the main building in the Bar room, which is freely accessible from the social hall.

IV. Water Supply

  • drinking water — connected to the municipal water supply
  • hot water — heated on-site in the boiler room located in the main building

V. Wastewater Disposal

All wastewater from the main building and apartments is connected to the municipal sewage network and treated at the municipal wastewater treatment plant.

VI. Waste Disposal

Mixed and sorted waste from the main building, apartments and outdoor bins is collected daily (or more frequently as needed) by the camp manager using the waste containers located on the municipal land in front of the main building.

VII. Prevention of Infectious and Other Diseases

1. Disinfection of Sanitary Facilities (WC, bathrooms and showers)

Carried out daily, or more frequently in exceptional circumstances. Disinfection is performed after mechanical cleaning using suitable disinfectants with virucidal effect, following the instructions on the product label. Disinfection is carried out by an authorized and instructed person wearing personal protective equipment, which is replaced every 7 days. Regular cleaning follows disinfection.

2. Pest and Rodent Control

Carried out as needed upon occurrence of pests. Performed by a professional company.

VIII. Cleaning

1. Cleaning of Accommodation Areas

Accommodation areas (apartments in chalets) are cleaned daily, or immediately in the event of significant soiling. Cleaning includes disinfection of sanitary areas, general cleaning of other accommodation spaces, and washing of floors and smooth surfaces.

2. Cleaning of Common Areas

Common areas are cleaned after each event, before each upcoming event, and periodically between events. Cleaning includes general tidying, washing floors and smooth surfaces, and vacuuming the heavy-duty carpet in the first-floor social hall.

3. Cleaning Supplies

Cleaning tools and disinfectants (in original packaging) are stored in a separate storage room in the main building. Protective equipment must be used during cleaning and health protection principles must be observed.

IX. Linen Handling

1. Clean Linen

Clean linen is stored immediately after washing (in the dedicated laundry room) and drying (in the dedicated drying room) in a dry and clean environment in dedicated clean linen storage rooms. Bed and bathroom linen is changed before each new guest, more frequently as needed, and at least once every 14 days.

2. Dirty Linen

Dirty linen is stored in the laundry room and washed without delay. In the event of biological contamination, disinfection is applied before washing in the usual manner.

3. Staff Uniforms

Staff uniforms are laundered outside the camp facility.

X. Other Operating Regulations

  1. These operating rules are binding for all persons accommodated or present in the camp.
  2. A strict no-smoking policy applies in all apartments.
  3. Accommodation is prohibited for guests who are carriers of or suffering from an infectious or parasitic disease.
  4. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the operator's property under generally binding regulations. In the event of damage, the guest shall cover the costs necessary to restore the property to its original condition.
  5. Dogs and other animals must be kept under control at all times. Each owner is fully responsible for their animal.
  6. The camp operator accepts no liability for valuables or personal documents left unattended.
